| STEP 1 - Soil Preparation |

| · Remove debris and
loosen soil.

Starter Fertilizer 7-21-7 over the area at a rate of 1 kg
per 22 m2 (1 lb. per 108 sq. ft.)
· Rake the soil level to a final grade |

STEP 4 - Watering |
| · Small areas can be
spread by hand.
· For larger areas, use a hand spreader or a fertilizer
spreader.
· Grass seed needs soil contact to germinate and
should ideally be covered by 0.5 cm (¼ inch) of soil. |

· Water with a fine
spray and keep damp until first mowing when grass is 8 cm
(3 in.) high.
· After 6 weeks, fertilize with So Green Lawn Fertilizer. |

WHEN TO SEED?
· Apply in spring when soil temperature reaches 15 °C.
· Best time for maximum germination is late August to mid-September
when soil is warm and nights are cool.
· During hot, dry summer weather, be sure to water daily.
